(1) If the Folketing decides that the voting in a nomination district is invalid, the approval of the candidates’ election in the multimember constituency in question shall be deferred. The candidates in the multimember constituency shall, however, be regarded as legally elected until further notice. In that case approval of all compensatory seats shall be only temporarily valid.
