On the other hand, there are constitutions that expressly provide for the impossibility of the re-election of the same person for president after his/her constitutionally foreseen mandate has expired (that is the case with Article 70 of the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, which sets out that the term of the president is five years and that the president does not have the right to be re-elected).
