Paragraph 111

A relative incompatibility exists in cases where the MP is temporarily prevented from performing certain private activities during his/her mandate as a MP. For example, the MPs who worked as lawyers cannot undertake activities within their profession in an investigative procedure in front of the courts, nor can they act as representatives of all companies and public institutions, as specified by the law, during their mandate.
