In 1995, Parliament adopted a special Code of Conduct and Rules relating to the conduct of Members of Parliament, which established a new parliamentary committee about the standards and privileges, and whose task was to supervise the work of the clerks. Strict registration rules about the registration focusing on ten different categories and interests were designed.
