Kazakhstan also has regulation for misuse of public real estate properties (para. 63-64). Similarly, Moldova (para. 65-66) and Montenegro (para. 50-51) have this kind of legal provisions, although the prohibitions of using administrative resources for electoral purpose are not aimed at public servants, but at candidates, probably in the context of re-election.
