MOLDOVA – Urgent joint opinion on the draft Law no. 263 amending the Electoral Code, the Contravention Code and the Code of Audiovisual Media Services
The proposed amendments to Article 115 of the Electoral Code, which deals with voter lists for presidential elections, include provisions in the event of a second round. The introduction of such provisions brings additional clarification and it is welcome.
