MOLDOVA – Urgent joint opinion on the draft Law no. 263 amending the Electoral Code, the Contravention Code and the Code of Audiovisual Media Services
The proposed amendments to Article 50 of the Electoral Code, which deals with election agents of the contestants, specify that one agent may represent a candidate in different constituencies, on the condition that the total number of agents in the constituency does not exceed the prescribed limit.
