Item 24 of the draft Law proposes new provisions about assisted voting for persons with disabilities (Article 58.1). While the changes appear to be an improvement there is a general difficulty that special provisions which provide for assistance of a third party, even when chosen by the voter, do not properly protect the secrecy of the ballot.
