MOLDOVA – Urgent joint opinion on the draft Law no. 263 amending the Electoral Code, the Contravention Code and the Code of Audiovisual Media Services
The rapporteurs were informed that the law (presumably Article 68.3) was interpreted as prohibiting diplomatic missions from accrediting local staff as observers. The slightly revised version of this Article could be also be interpreted in this way; this should be considered.
