MOLDOVA – Urgent joint opinion on the draft Law no. 263 amending the Electoral Code, the Contravention Code and the Code of Audiovisual Media Services
The electoral legislation would benefit from a provision to avoid rejection of those appeals that have some formal shortcomings. In these cases, the competent authority should give a (short) deadline to the appellant to bring the appeal in line with the law.
