Paragraph 29

In Finland, in all general elections and consultative national referendums, the voter has the possibility to vote in advance, or on the election day, in polling stations. The advance oting takes place in advance polling stations, which may be, for example, post offices in the country or embassies abroad. Voting is also possible in hospitals, prisons or at homes for disabled people.
