Paragraph 34
 

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, remote voting is regulated by the Dayton Peace Agreement and the electoral law. Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina resident abroad or temporarily out of the country may vote by post (Articles 1.5 and 3.13 of the electoral law).
