The electoral rolls are still kept by the diplomatic missions in the cases of the Czech Republic (under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), France, Georgia (under the supervision of the Central Electoral Commission), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Morocco, Poland (under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), Portugal and the United Kingdom.
