In some countries, a central constituency, that of the capital city, receives the votes of persons living out of the country; in Georgia, these votes are counted in the constituency of Tbilisi, in Latvia, they are counted in the constituency of Riga for parliamentary elections, in Lithuania it is the constituency of Vilnius, in Moldova the constituency of Chisinau, and in Poland the constituency of Warsaw Centre.
