Report on Electoral Rules and Affirmative Action for National Minorities´Participation in Decision-Making Process in European Countries
Together with the declaration, the committee shall be obliged to submit a document issued by the appropriate statutory body of an organisation of a national minority in which the creation of the committee by electors – the members of such organisation – is confirmed.
