There are 15 Council of Europe member states with women’s parliamentary representation between 20% and 30%: Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Moldova, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Serbia and Switzerland.
