Overwhelming External Circumstances with Machine Voting

(Suppl. – SG, 88/20) Where, due to the occurrence of overwhelming external circumstances, the machine voting appeared to be compromised, the section election commission shall notify immediately the regional election commission and the Central Election Commission. The voting shall continue by paper ballots. The votes from the technical device for voting shall be accounted by counting the control receipts under Art. 268, Para. 5.
