Declaration by a Bulgarian Citizens Residing in another Member-State of the European Union

(amend. - SG 39/16, in force from 26.05.2016) A Bulgarian citizen, who resides in another Member-State of the European Union, who votes at a diplomatic mission or a consular office of the Republic of Bulgaria or in a settlement referred to in Art. 14, Para. 2 and 3, shall present a completed model declaration to the effect that the said person has not voted and will not vote elsewhere in the same elections for Members of the European Parliament.
