A single nationwide election district (hereinafter referred to as the nationwide election district) shall include the entire territory of Ukraine and the out-of-country election district (hereinafter, the out-of-country election district).
The nationwide election district shall be used for preparation, administration and conduct of the national elections.
The out-of-country election district shall include all out-of-country election precincts established in accordance with this Code.
No decision is required to establish the out-of-country election district.
