Filing a Declaration of Property, Income, Expenditures and Financial Liabilities of a Candidate for President of Ukraine

1.A candidate for President of Ukraine, registered in accordance with the procedure established by this Code, no later than the fifth day after registration shall submit a declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government, pursuant to the Law of Ukraine “On Corruption Prevention”.
