In the premises for voting or directly in front of them, the precinct election commission shall necessarily place posters, which shall provide explanation of the procedure of voting and liability for violation of the legislation on the election of the President of Ukraine, as well as the information posters of candidates for the President of Ukraine placed in the alphabetic order (in the order of placement of candidates on the ballot).
The materials specified in Part one of this Article, shall be made public in the manner that make them accessible for the voters, including voters with health problems (due to disability, temporary health disorder, age).
