Replacing MPs of Ukraine Whose Powers Have Been Terminated Early
Should powers of an MP of Ukraine be terminated early, on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine, the next MP candidate in the respective regional or nationwide electoral list of MP candidates from this party shall be deemed elected MP, by the decision of the Central Election Commission adopted thereof, in the manner prescribed by Part five of Article 188 of this Code.
The Central Election Commission shall register a person specified in Part one of this Article as an MP of Ukraine, and shall issue him or her a temporary certificate of an MP of Ukraine, in the manner prescribed by Article 188 of this Code.
