Territorial Organization of the Elections of the Village, Settlement and City Mayor
The system of territorial organization of the election of a mayor of village, settlement or city consists of:
1) A unified single-member village, settlement or city election district, which shall cover the entire territory of the respective territorial community; 2)election precincts.
The unified single-member city district for election of city mayor in cities with rayon division shall be divided in territorial election districts, the boundaries of which shall coincide with the rayon in city boundaries. A decision on the establishment of such election districts shall not be made.
A decision on establishing a unified village, settlement or city election district shall not be made.
