Nomination of candidates

Provisions on the nomination of candidates by political parties entered in the Party Register (party) and by constituency associations established by eligible voters, on the application for publishing a list of candidates in a master list of candidates and the application for including a candidate in the list of presidential candidates (candidate applications), as well as on the delivery of the applications to the authority processing the candidate applications are laid down in Part II.
