Submission of documents and a public notice of this

In a meeting to be held no later than on the 55th day before the election day of the presidential election and on the 48th day before the election day of other elections, the authority processing candidate applications shall determine to whom, on which dates and at which times and where the candidate applications and other documents relating to the nomination of candidates intended for the authority shall be submitted. 

A public notice of the details concerning the submission of documents shall be served on the polling representatives appointed by the parties and displayed in the meeting facilities of the authority as well as published, in municipal elections in the manner in which municipal notices normally are made available and in other elections in the Official Gazette.
