Returning of election stamps
After the advance voting has ended, the election stamps are returned from the advance polling stations of the municipality to the central municipal election board. The election stamps that have been used by election officials at advance polling stations abroad are returned to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, which delivers them to the central electoral committee of the city of Helsinki.
