Confirmation and publication of results of municipal elections and informing about results 

The central municipal election board confirms the results of the elections on the 3rd day after the election day in its meeting which begins at 18.00 at the latest.

The central municipal election board shall without delay:

publish the election results by displaying the record that includes the results and the appeal instructions on the public notice board of the municipality for a period of seven days;

1)  submit the list of the elected councillors and their deputies to the local council and inform the public about the said list in the manner municipal notices normally are made public in the municipality; and

2)  inform the Ministry of Justice of the election results in the manner specified by the Ministry.
