Lodging and processing of an appeal 

An appeal shall be lodged with the competent administrative court within 14 days from the confirmation of the election results. In elections to the European Parliament, the appeal shall, however, be always lodged with Helsinki Administrative Court.

In other respects, the provisions of the Administrative Judicial Procedure Act apply to the lodging and processing of an appeal.

Appeals shall be processed without delay.
