Section 112

Vote by members

In order to nominate candidates, a party shall conduct a secret vote by members based on equal voting rights, in which the individual members of the party and of its local organisations residing in the electoral district are entitled to participate.

A vote by members is not, however, obligatory, if only as many candidates are proposed to be nominated in the electoral district as the party has the right to nominate.
