Decision on the number of candidates and on nomination of candidates 


The decision on the number of candidates and the nomination of candidates is made by the association acting as the district organisation of a party in the electoral district (district organisation).The decision is made by the decision-making body of the district organisation, or with its authorisation, by the board of the district organisation.


Those who have received the most votes in the vote by members shall be nominated as candidates in the elections. If no vote by members has been conducted for the reason referred to in section 112, subsection 2, those who have been proposed as candidates in the vote by members, or some of them, shall be nominated as candidates.
