(1) The local council shall immediately consider the complaints specified in section 21, and shall, case requiring, correct the errors by writing out new poll cards and by making corrections to the electoral register. Such corrections can be made up to and including election day.


(2) Up to and including election day, local councils shall furthermore correct the electoral register if the local authorities receive notifications of emigration, deaths, new or recalled guardianship orders depriving persons of their legal capacity, see the first sentence of section 6(1) of the Guardianship Act (værgemålsloven), or the grant or loss of Danish nationality.
