(1) As soon as possible after the expiry of the closing date in section 37, see section 41, the National Social Appeals Board shall prepare lists of candidates nominated in the appropriate multimember constituency. If a party with parallel standing in one or more nomination districts has announced an order of priority of its candidates in the relevant nomination district(s), see section 41(2), the National Social Appeals Board shall, as soon as possible after expiry of the time-limit in section 37, see section 41, also prepare a list for the relevant nomination district(s) specifying the order in which all the relevant candidates of the party in the multimember constituency shall be listed on the ballot paper for the relevant nomination district(s).
(2) As soon as possible after the closing date specified in subsection (1) the National Social Appeals Board shall forward the lists of the multimember nominees to the election committees of each nomination district in the appropriate multimember constituency.
(3) Prior to each election the Minister of Social Affairs and the Interior notifies the National Social Appeals Board of the lists of nominees to be prepared, their design and the information they are required to contain. In this connection the Minister of Social Affairs and the Interior shall decide which other authorities in addition to those specified in subsection (2) shall receive the lists.
(4) The applications for registration of the candidates, see section 33a, notice from the parties on approval of candidates, see section 37, and announcement of the type of nomination, see section 41, may not be made available to the public before the National Social Appeals Board has issued the lists of the nominated candidates in the relevant multimember constituency, see subsection (3).
