(1) The provisions in this Part shall apply to referendums called in pursuance of sections 20(2), 29(2), 42(1) and (7) and 88 of the Act of the Constitution. The provisions of section 95(3) and (4) and sections 96-103 shall further apply to referendums held under a special act, unless otherwise stipulated in such special act.
