(1) The provisions of section 8, see sections 2(2) and 12(4) of the Public Service Pensions Act shall apply correspondingly to personal pensions and spouse’s pensions according to the present Act. The spouse’s pension shall, however, be subject to the provision in section 111(5) of the present Act.
