(1) With regard to children’s pension allowance and children’s pension the provisions in Part 4 of the Public Service Pensions Act shall apply correspondingly. Children’s pension allowances or children’s pensions shall, however, according to the present Act, not be granted to the extent such pension amounts are being paid on account of a Member of the Folketing being employed as a civil servant or in any position of the character specified in section 118(3).
