(1) The Presidium of the Folketing shall be entitled, upon request, to accord former Members of the Rigsdag, who before 1 April 1946 ceased to be Members of the Rigsdag, and the widow or widowers of such Members an annual allowance, the amount of which shall be decided by the Presidium.
