(1) The Speaker of the Folketing shall be entitled to post-service remuneration according to the same rules as apply to the Prime Minister under the Remunerations, Pensions and Other Emoluments Act applying to Ministers.
(2) Post-service remuneration cannot be received together with fees, post-service remunerations or pension benefits under the Remunerations, Pensions and Other Emoluments Act applying to Ministers.
