In Kosovo and Lithuania, the voters vote for up to five candidates from their selected party list. The candidate lists are reordered in descending order based on the number of votes received by each candidate. In Slovakia, the rule is the same, with a possibility for the voters of choosing up to four candidates from their selected party list.
