(1) A submitter of a list of candidates as well as a candidate nominated shall have the right to appeal in court the Central Election Commission’s decision to approve the election results within three working days after the decision has been made.

(2) The filing of an appeal in court shall not nullify the Central Election Commission’s decision specified in Paragraph 1 of this Article.
