The Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs shall ensure that the voters’ cards referred to in Paragraph 4 of the Transitional Provisions of this Law are distributed to the regional offices of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs accordingly between 22 September 2014 and 3 October 2014 or between 24 September 2018 and 5 October 2018.
