A voter shall receive the voter’s card in the same regional office of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs in which he/she received the Latvian citizen’s ID card. The voter’s card may be received at a different regional office of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs if the voter has submitted an application thereof to the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs accordingly by 22 September 2014 or by 24 September 2018.
