Paragraph 67

Each article allocates free airtime to political parties who have met the threshold of obtaining at least 3% of the vote in the last parliamentary elections. Currently, the free airtime is allocated to those parties that receive state funding and those that do not. The amendments would deny this free airtime to those parties which do not receive funding from the state budget at the time of scheduling the elections.
