Declaration Obligations

(1) (Suppl. - SG 60/19, in force from 30.07.2019, declared unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria in the parts "or legal" and “or a sole trader” - Judgement of the Constitutional Court No 5/2021, SG no. 37 of 2021) Where the total amount of a donation, made by a single natural or legal person or a sole trader, exceeds one minimum monthly salary, the donor shall submit a standard declaration on the origin of the donated funds.
(2) Where the total amount of the funds provided by a candidate or a member of a nomination committee exceeds one minimum monthly salary, they shall submit a standard declaration on the origin of the funds.
