Persons Having Right to be Present at the Polling Site

Candidates, election agents and representatives of political parties, coalition of parties and nomination committees, according to Art. 117, Para. 6 and Art. 124, Para. 1, observers - subject to the provisions of Art. 114, Para. 2 , one registered interviewer from a registered sociological agency and mass media representatives may be present at the polling site and shall be provided direct visibility, including through video recording or real-time video broadcasting, in compliance with the requirements for protection of personal data during the vote count. From the same party, coalition or initiative committee in only one agent or representative may be present at the polling station.
