Persons who have the right to be present in the district election commission

The reception and verification of the Sectoral Election Commission protocols and the transfer of the data from the recording technical device at the District Election Commission may be attended by candidates; agents and representatives of parties, coalitions and initiative committees, in accordance with art. 117, para. 6 and Art. 124, para. 1; observers, in compliance with the requirement of Art. 114, para. 2; one registered interviewer per registered sociological agency; and representatives of the media, providing them with direct visibility during the reception and verification of the protocols, as well as during the transfer of data, including by video recording or real-time video broadcasting, in compliance with data protection requirements.
