Electoral campaigns confined to the territories where the elections were taking place, have been radically changed with the possibilities of the internet. As a result, we are confronted with the problem of transforming the digital world into the real one, in traditional terms. In this process, the legislator will have to look at elements such as the server in which the web page is hosted (something that does not affect its availability), IP address (place of the connection which facilitates the activity) or ownership of the site, and nationality of the owner.
