Restrictions for nomination

1. Judges, prosecutors, officers of the Police, National Security, Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service, rescue, tax, customs authorities, penitentiary service, Probation Service, Rescue Service, military servants, members of electoral commissions, persons holding autonomous positions within the Investigative Committee, Special Investigation Service may not be nominated as a candidate for Deputy of the National Assembly.
