Participation in the pre-election campaigning in violation of the requirements of this Law
1. Participation in the pre-election campaigning in violation of the requirements of this Law, – shall carry a fine in the amount of GEL 2 000.
2. Violation of the requirement of Article 45(12) of this Law, – shall carry a fine in the amount of GEL 2 000.
