Extraordinary elections of the Parliament of Georgia

If the Parliament of Georgia is prematurely dissolved, extraordinary elections of the Parliament of Georgia shall be held not earlier than the 45th day and not later than the 60th day after premature dissolution of the Parliament. The date of extraordinary elections of the Parliament of Georgia shall be fixed by the President of Georgia upon coming of the edict on the premature dissolution of the Parliament of Georgia into effect.
