Determination of the results of Sakrebulo elections conducted through the majoritarian electoral system

1. A candidate who receives more than 40% of valid votes of the voters participating in the elections shall be deemed elected as a member of Sakrebulo through the majoritarian electoral system.

2. If 2 candidates participating in the elections have received an equal number of votes, the candidate who was registered earlier with the respective DEC shall be deemed elected.
